I am so pleased I have the opportunity to tell everyone how pleased I am with the service from this dear little shop and the ladies that run it so well. I had telephone calls with updates on my order and delivery so quick as well. It is so good to have all you need in your package at a very reasonable price so you can start your work straight away. The Nimble Thimble’s framing service
The Nimble Thimble’s framing service is second to none. I live four hours away from them but wouldn’t even think of finding a closer framer to entrust my cross stitch to. I have sent my work giving them free choice as to frames and mounts and what I have received back has been incredible. The quality of the mounting of the cross stitch together with the choice of frames and mounts has blown me away every time I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had such a great time at The Nimble Thimble Cross Stitch & Framing Centre. There were a lot of models on the walls as well as loads of patterns to look through. I am from North Carolina and so recognized many of the patterns from American designers but she also had some that I haven’t seen, both from American designers and from other countries as well. Needless to say I had no problem shopping! I also enjoyed visiting with Chris, the owner. She is so friendly and helpful. I loved her shop plus the landscape around her shop is beautiful. I will remember my experience for a long time!

My husband, Jon, & I had the pleasure of visiting this delightful shop on March 15th 2025. Chris was so welcoming & a font of information. It was our first time ever in a cross stitch shop & it didn’t disappoint. I now understand the difference of seeing a finished model. This shop is a must visit if you find yourself in that part of Wales. I look forward to visiting again the next time we cross the Irish Sea. Thank you.

Having seen a Bent Creek cross stitch pattern I really liked, I found that it was available on The Nimble Thimble’s website. I wanted to get fabric and thread to go with the pattern so gave the shop a call on 10/05. I spoke to the lovely Chris, who found all the bits needed and advised they’d be posted on 12/05. My order arrived today, 13/05, and included a piece of 30ct fabric free of charge! Excellent service, made my day after a difficult time this year.

Fantastic service. Really impressed with service from Chris. Posted finished piece and within less than two weeks received framed and mounted back via RM next day delivery. Packaged robustly for shipping. I left choice of frame/mounts to Chris as I was confident she would do the piece justice. Absolutely delighted with finished results. Great communication and customer service throughout.
